Noah Class
For young couples, new parents and parents with teens.
The Noah class aims to enrich and empower the spiritual growth of parents, families and young couples through meaningful Bible studies, workshops, practical wisdom and discussions.
The NOAH Class had a wonderful year of learning, fellowship and community involvement in 2011. The class came together and shared in leading studies including the church-wide Bible basics study. Our class sponsored and organized the annual Santa Breakfast which reached out to our community for the second year in a row.
On Palm Sunday we coordinated a church wide cookout and Easter egg hunt and followed up on Easter Sunday with breakfast for the church. During the summer months, many of our families assisted in teaching the children’s Sunday School classes which provided our wonderful teachers a well deserved break.
We are all excited about kicking off the whole Bible study with everyone at Battery Park and are looking forward to another year of learning, fellowship and community involvement.

Richardson Class
The Richardson Class of Battery Park Christian Church has met as a group for approximately 40 years. Currently under the leadership of Ralph Echols, class members have enjoyed the special church-wide educational studies initiated by Dr. Blake during the past year. The question and answer lesson formats with related scripture references have generated much discussion and review-reading of the Bible.
The use of several different versions of the Bible added interest to the discussions because of the variances in how scripture is written in the different texts. In some lessons, members were glad to be able to recall scripture and answers to questions from lessons learned over time during church attendance and study. In others, questions, answers, and scripture readings brought new insight into understanding of Bible history.
